Changing your mind
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to cancel, and you do not need to give a reason. Email hello@oldmoneyclothing.shop. Once you have told us, you have a further 14 days to send the items back.
Items must come back unworn and in the condition they arrived in.
Refunds
We refund within 14 days of receiving the items back, or of you showing proof of postage, whichever is sooner. Refunds go to the original payment method and include the standard delivery cost you paid on the way out.
Return postage for a change of mind is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, because the items are your responsibility until they reach us.
If something is faulty or not what you ordered
Tell us and we will cover it, return postage included. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything above.
Sizing
Most returns are about fit. Sizes run small against UK sizing, so before you order, measure something you already own that fits the way you want and email us the numbers. Our size guide explains how, and we will tell you which size to take.
