Our pieces are made and shipped by our supplier partners overseas, so delivery takes longer than a UK warehouse would. We would rather tell you that up front than surprise you after you have paid.
We dispatch within 3 working days of your order. Delivery then typically takes 10 to 20 working days.
We will always deliver within 30 days of your order. If for any reason we cannot, we will email you and you can cancel for a full refund. That is your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and it applies whatever we say on this page.
You will get tracking by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
