The reliable way to get it right is to measure a garment you already own that fits the way you want this one to fit, then email us the numbers before you order. We will check them against the actual garment and tell you which size to take.

How to measure

Lay the garment flat and measure in centimetres.

Chest, armpit to armpit, then double it
Length, top of the collar seam straight down to the hem
Shoulder, seam to seam across the back
Sleeve, shoulder seam to cuff
Waist (trousers), side to side at the waistband, then double it
Inseam, crotch seam to hem

Shoes

Go by insole length in centimetres rather than the size on the box. It varies more between makers than any other category.
